Steph Jones is a registered psychologist who aims to support 4-25 year olds, and their families, who may need some extra support. Some of the common areas of support are: Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, ASD, Emotional Regulation, self-esteem, bullying/friendship conflict, family issues/unresolved conflict or divorce, body image, resilience, feelings of being overwhelmed, motivation, stress or burnout. Perhaps there is a need for extra support developing goals, resilience support for adolescents, organisation or confidence in academic contexts such as schools or universities. Whatever the concern, Steph Jones Psychology aims to provide support for children, adolescents and young adults to help overcome challenges so that you can be the best version of yourself.
To provide support for adolescents, underpinning each session are the frameworks, strategies and benefits of adopting a growth mindset, utilising the concepts of positive psychology. This enables us to provide resilience support for adolescents and young people in our care.
Online sessions are held at a time and place that is convenient for you through a simple booking process. Alternatively, sessions may be held in-person in Sydney city.
Your session can be either 45mins, 60mins or 90mins. Week-to-week and longer-term sessions are available designed to suit each client.
The premise of Steph Jones Psychology is that in order for a bright future, young people need to feel heard, supported and valued. As such, to create opportunities and perhaps change the trajectory of a child’s life, one-on-one psychological services are provided.
